It is very nice to meet you! My name is Zachary Searels; I will be your child’s math teacher at Pelham High School for the 2023 - 2024 academic school year. I am very excited to be here in this school with your child!
I am a dedicated math educator who will ensure your child gets all the necessary math knowledge to succeed in this class and further math courses. In addition, I am a technology enthusiast, so I will use technology to help my students. I will have projects and some class assignments that will utilize technology fun and excitingly.
I expect great things from my students. Therefore, I will push your child to do their best. My classroom assignments are essential for success, so I encourage students to be in class daily. I will give all students a week’s notice before a test or major exam.
Remember, if your child is absent, they must check the Google Classroom for missing assignments and further information.
