Club Purpose
|

The purpose of the PHS culinary competition team is to provide scholarship opportunities, banquet and catering experience, special food labs, travel through competition, and special topic field trips to students enrolled in the Culinary Arts Academy at Pelham High School for future preparation in the Hospitality & Tourism Industry.

Requirements
|
|
Members must be enrolled in any of the following courses at Pelham High School in a school year to be eligible:
Hospitality & Tourism, Culinary Arts I, Culinary Arts II, and Baking & Pastry
|

Approved Community Service
|
Taste of Pelham, Graze (Alabama Sustainable Agricultural Network), Gumbo Gala, Alabama Wildlife Federation Cook-off, Pelham Annual Christmas Tree lighting
|
|
Meeting Dates
|
|
Meetings are always held weekly on Wednesdays from 3:00pm-6:00pm
in Chef Allen's Classroom (Room D274)
