Assistant Principal
Mrs. Collins believes that every student deserves to feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to reach their full potential. She has dedicated her career to serving students and teachers by fostering strong relationships, building engaging school cultures, and creating opportunities for growth. The 2025–2026 school year marks her 22nd in education, and she is honored to be serving the Pelham community as an Assistant Principal at Pelham High School.
Mrs. Collins has extensive experience in many teaching and coaching environments from middle school to higher education. She received her Bachelors and Masters degrees at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a PhD from the University of Alabama.
Meredith is deeply passionate about creating a supportive and inspiring environment for students to learn, grow, and succeed. She loves being part of the Pelham family and considers it a privilege to contribute to the lives of such a diverse and talented student body.
